This one was kinda fun to revisit. Mostly reminds me of how much I've wanted to revisit a Blazing Skull figure. Been ages since I've made him. But yeah, we're talking about Atomic Skull here. Recurring Superman villain if I remember correctly. I believe this design comes more directly inspired by his Justice League Unlimited design.

Upper torso, arms, and upper legs are from Hyperion. Lower torso and lower legs from Wonder Man. Head was Ghost Rider, but it had no flames, so I had to sculpt them on. Added sculpt to the upper torso, then sculpted the collar, bracers, and the boot. Belt was from Doc Samson. Full repaint, and all finished up!
