I took an Inspector Gadget figure from Burger King (Copter Gadget, 1991) and added in some hat gadgets. There is a hole in the hat which allowed me to do this. What I used was something similar to pipe cleaners. They are bendable parts covered in frizzy material. I found these at Michael's Craft Store. I sized up and cut off the parts I needed, removed the frizzy stuff and repainted the bendable parts silver. The hands were from random GI Joe parts I had. I repainted each hand a tan/yellow color, drilled a hole in each hand and attached the hands to the bendable part. The gadgets included are 2 sets of hands, a hammer and a magnifying glass.
