I always liked the 80th Anniversary Iron Man, however I was never quite pleased with either of his helmeted head sculpts. This was my solution! I casted the head from the old Hasbro Iron Man from the Iron Monger wave. I had to enlarge this head in order for it to fit the new figure's proportions. I had done this by placing the mold into a cup full of Klean Strip Mineral Spirits. I made multiple casts up to the point I found an ideal size. Repainted with gold and gloss red paints.
