I screwed up the figures original head in a failed custom so I made a head from scratch, he has a cartoon-ish look because I wanted him to be a companion piece to my kit-bashed fearsome foes spiderman, so pretty much I sculpted a spider on the body, the head is sculpted over a venom movie head because I had an extra head of it, then I painted the figure gloss french blue as base and dry brushed matte black over it, and honestly im pretty happy with how it came out.
