Chuckles...He was a silent hero in the 80's toon and apparently had superhuman strength, blowing up a HISS tank by throwing a missile at it, jumpstarting a Tomahawk copter via spinning the rotors by hand, and taking out three Noks with one one punch. In Comics he once arrested General Hawk, joined ninja force, infiltrated Extensive Enterprises, died in a fight with Overlord, then came back to life to infiltrate Cobra all over again and that time he successfully blew up Cobra Commander, Xamot, and himself. Whew!! I am convinced nothing can keep Chuckles down!! With all he has done for the Joe Team, I am shocked this is my first Chuckles custom! This is a modernized version of Chuckles based off of his original release figure. If interested, he is available now on eBay for the next three days.
