"Summer breeze makes me feel fine... Blowin' through the jasmine in my mind"... New custom. I had a repeated Buffy action figure and I didn't know which character to transform her into. I settled on an iconic scream-queen from the '90s: Helen Shivers from "I Know What They Did Last Summer." I had to polish the whole body, sculpt part of the legs and make it arms, hair and part of the face. The dress, believe it or not, is made with balloon pieces, so I could get that pleated texture.
