Blackie Drago was the cellmate of Adrian Toomes, aka the Vulture. Drago tricked Toomes into revealing his secrets, and then stole Toomes' flying harness and moniker. As the new Vulture, he fought against Spider-Man and the original Vulture.
I wanted Drago to have a bulkier body than Toomes', so I used Loki on the medium buck. Since John Romita's Punisher resembles Drago, I used Frank's head, combined with the original's hands, wings, and fur(?) collar.
