The new villain introduced in Sonic Forces had an identity before he put on the mask and assumed the title of Infinite, though his name "Zero the Jackal" is a fan designation, I suppose because zero is the opposite of infinite. Infinite does appear unmasked in the Episode Shadow DLC for the game, though his face isn't focused on (they didn't even animate his mouth for that cutscene) but most of us fans are most familiar with him from the prequel comic Sega released around the time Sonic Forces first came out. The body of the figure is Shadow's, and the shoes are 3D prints based off the Infinite game models. The head is also 3D printed, but used a model made by a fan, since he never appears unmasked during game play there is no official way to rip a model of it (unless you went to Sega HQ and got the animation assets directly from one of their computers I suppose.) Infinite's hair, tail,and other small details are hand made using apoxie sculpt with a foil core, I also gave him the sword from the comic, made using craft foam and apoxie.
