Julio Richter is a mutant able to control and project seismic energy. He first appeared as trainee of X-Factor, then later joined the New Mutants and X-Force. He was de-powered during the "No More Mutants" story-line, but Scarlet Witch personally restored his abilities.
This is another character that has lingered on my "to-do" list for way too long. I was fiddling around with some fodder heads and hair. I combined Multiple Man's head with Typhoid Mary's hair, and it seemed like the perfect combination for Rictor. For the body, I used Human Torch with Shang-Chi's arms and neck. Lower legs are from a heavily-modded Wolverine. Kneepads are from Skullbuster, shoulder pads from Wolverine, scarf from Demogoblin, and arm tassels from Thunderbird. Belt, wristbands and other costume details are from the fodder bin and of course, some label tape. Comments are always appreciated, and thanks for looking.
