I normally don't like working with the Tomy Sonic figures because they can't be easily dismantled without damaging them, but converting a Sticks into Perci is about as far as I'm willing to go. The only part of the figure I actually dismantled was the head, so I could cut off her ears and hair and replace them with her Bandicoot style. As for the body, while the head was off I cut the boots off the legs, then used the ends of the Sticks hair to make the floof on the tops of her boots before gluing them back on, which also has the bonus of making the figure the right height, since Perci is a good deal taller than Sticks. The hard part is her bandana, since I have to re-attach the head first, Then sculpt it in, since the shape of the mushroom peg for her neck doesn't go back in if you can't split the head in half.
