Hey all, I'm "Back"! Last time I posted in here was August 2008. I was desperate & battling depression. Since then, I had to sell all my collections to make ends meat. It was a hard struggle to get where I am today. Well, I'm not here to get pity. Let's get that out of the way. I've been back to the collecting scene for the past few years & have taken inspiration from some of your customs to come back & share with you on what I've done. Let's start with my "Eddie Brock". Being a Spidey fan, I needed a street clothes "Brock". I already did a prison suit "Cletus Kasady". So it was time to get "Eddie Brock" done. I had the "Eddie" head that came with the 2nd Hasbro "Venom" for a couple years & realizing my financial situation, I couldn't just go out & buy the best paint, modeling clay, etc. But I wanted a decent "Eddie Brock" so bad. Being back in the game, I joined many Marvel Legends groups on facebook. I found a cheap "Hydro Man" & a friend gave me a motorcycle "Punisher". I took "Hydromans" lower torso & legs added them to "Punisher's" upper torso & arms. Boil & pop arms to create shirt sleeves. Here I used a old trick with toilet paper(1000 sheet roll). Wet, form, dry, harden! I could've used MCU "Luke Cage", but I didn't want to paint flesh & his biceps are too small. I used "Loctite" superglue to harden all the "TP" molding. I did use "Walmart" "Apple Barrel" paint in light coats. There are some pics where my "Brock" is rocking "80th Thor's" hands. I have to find extra hands like those. I also added a "BIB Deadpool" tenticles to add to the effect. Well, that was a lot of typing! Hope you all like. By the way, "Not for sale"!
