Used a Mar'Vell figure, as I felt the head sculpt could work, picked out the body too, though I think the Sunfire body is perfect for Frank. Belt was from the X-Men Deadpool figure.
Head & hair were resculpted. Dremelled the shoulders & boots to remove paint rub & filed the torso & legs to make him leaner.

Belt: Sauron Wave X-Men Deadpool
