My final member of the Shi'ar Royal family, the mad Emperor D'Ken Neramani.
Based him on the Phoenix Saga artwork.
Used the recent comic Loki as a base, the skirt piece came from Malekith, the shoulder pads were from a Genis-Vell.
Everything was resculpted to either remove paint rub & make the look more comic accurate.
The cape was knitted fabric.
