Mr. Candie, interpreted by Leonardo di Caprio, is, in my opinion, one of most memorable characters in a western movie. Tarantino’s Django Unchained without any doubt is a very good flick and the actors involved in it played very good, but, boys… , Leo Di Caprio took the scene in this one!!! One of the most memorable scenes of the movie is that of the dinner confrontation between the blond devilish slaver on one side and Django and Christoph Waltz on the other. In this scene you can see Candie break a glass with one hand. Not all people knows that Di Caprio broke that glass (which was a real glass) and kept playng his character with his left covered in his own blood. I tried represent this same moment.
The cape is not Turnbull’s original cape but the Undertaker’s. slightly modified. Colors: Citadel acrylic The head comes from an ebay seller. If you look closely, Candie has a little white flower on his top: that’s made of a few (just a little bit of) green stuff.
