Captain Smoker from One Piece was in one brief period the scariest antagonist the Straw Hats had ever faced. Turned out he was pretty awesome with his own sense of justice that he follows.

This guy was made from a Banpresto Smoker (grandline men) and added figma and revoltech joints to make him poseable. I've done that so many times it's almost not a challenge anymore. Although the hard plastic on his boots was a little difficult to work with, but it turned out ok.
