I cast the base first using Perfect Cast. I used Headpool from marvel legends figure. I took a tube from a Windex bottle, then pushed JB weld into the tube and taped it to a pencil to it hardened to keep it straight. I used a roto tool at high speed to give the effect of clothes ripped off. Turned down the speed to get the wounds I ground down the face and glued a skull bead on it, then built up the skin effect with adhesive. Then I painted everything and finished with matte finish sealant
