I started with the Movie Masters figure and stripped down the cape, belt spiked gauntlets, and shoulder pads. I then applied apoxie sculpt to the areas that had those parts and then to the chest. I used an exacto knife for the small detail.

For the head, I took a ML10 cyclops, and a friend provided me with the facemask from McFarlane's Tortured Souls line. I believe the mask was from the 'suffering Bob' figure.

Then I applied blak acryllic paint with more expoxy and silver to touch up the visor.

It's obviously not a direct copy of the Nomad character but it was the best I could do with my abilities.
