I found a Santa boot on ebay that I converted into a Goomba's Shoe from SMB3. I was hoping to use it for the 4 inch figures but measured wrong, but it fits the 2.5 inch figures. I hand painted it green, as I could not find a good color match with any spray cans. The windup mechanism is from a Bob-omb, which is attached to a thin, rounded off wooden stick. I drilled a hole in the boot so the windup/stick mechanism sits firmly in there. The ring at the top is a piece of poster board to cover the designs that was under the white frizzy material that I removed.
