Used a LCBH Wrarrl figure like a lot of people did, but decided to sculpt the head completely from scratch. Since this was a bit of an experiment, did it w/ super sculpey, then painted it and then covered the paint with glow-in-the-dark varnish (which works, but I'm incapable of showing by photo). The hood is a simple navy cloth I stitched together then inverted to look cleaner. I always thought the original head looked too bonnet-like and wanted him to have a more pointed hood, like a KKK member or something with a more evil connotation. Added bits and pieces of Wrarrl's cape for extra shoulder pads and also for his "bones" chest pieces, and left pieces of Wrarrl's skirt intact to become Skeletor's flaps. The havoc staff is from a Spawn Angela figure, with a Fiaher Price Imaginext dinosaur rider skull helmet at the top (modified w/ a knife and some apoxie sculpt). Hope you enjoy!
