It's Jersey Devil from the Playstation game of the same name. I always thought this character looked like Bugs Bunny in a Batman costume, so he was first thing I thought of when I saw the Space Jam Batman/Bugs figure. I removed the ears, teeth, glove spikes, cape and the accessory pegs from the hands and belt. Made the horns, buttons, tail, scarf, facial features and wings from apoxie clay with some armature wire for the tail and wings.
