Years later, finally a new Double Dragon piece! I took a very simple approach the first time around, but went a bit more accurate this time around. Which doesn't mean much. These guys looked dramatically different in every game and every piece of art. Often even in the game and the promotional art for that specific game. But I was aiming for one of the original designs with this guy. Maybe we'll have more come up at some point. Be cool to revisit Billy too.

Hands were from a BossFight mage. Lower legs were from Daredevil, resculpted for the pants and boots. Belt was from Captain America, with a little bit of sculpt added. Head was a cast from StarWarsGeek. Sculpted up the shirt, arm wraps, and the whole jacket. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
