Just a simple repaint of the Marvel legends showdown Spider-Man. I've been on the hunt for a good 3.75 inch Spider-Man; the Marvel universe Spider-Man looked weird. His body was too bulky and fat and his head looked like a pear. Subsequent figures didn't feature sculpted in webs, making them look sloppy and flat. I finally found a figure that would work; it would need some help: but it would work. After Removing some terrible seam lines on the figure I repainted him in a slightly darker color scheme. After laying down the base colors I went in and painted all of the webs in by hand. The original figure had a terrible wash on it; the wash made the figure look dirty and splotchy. To top it off I repainted a Marvel Universe Spider-Man web accessory. The repaint was a small step but it changed this figure dramatically.
