I think it's funny how the star align - and while Joe Quinones was making the Batman89 comic, I was also imagining a continuation of the Tim Burton Batman movies. I obviously went on a tangent with this concept but we both "cast" the same actress. I think Tim Burton would've cast Winona Ryder as Barbara Gordon had he continued with the series and I think she would've been amazing in the role. I designed this look of Batgirl based on some of her appearances in animation and I borrowed a bit of of the whole 80s punk aesthetics for her look. I imagine she wears armor underneath outfit and maybe her bat outfit is more of a t-shirt with a leather jacket. I used a Marvel Legends Ms. Marvel as the base, Sculpted the bat symbol, used a belt from some star wars figure, Robin pouches and a bat logo for her belt. I can't remember where I got the jacket but I remember it was from a trade from the figure realm forum. Plenty more on the way - stay tuned!
