When I first saw the Retro DR DOOMs soft good collar fabric piece, I immediately thought: "THAT'S FOR TOAD!!" But I struggled for months trying to figure out a head sculpt. I searched for 3D printed heads. I looked at so many current head sculpts that I have. I finally saw a picture of Toad(pic below) that made me laugh because he looked so crazy he almost looked like Cletus Cassidy aka Carnage! Then the light bulb went off!

But it wouldn't look 100% right if I just painted the hair brown. Too short. SO I would attempt my first full hair transplant. (not counting stealing Tiger Sharks Hawk for my Yondu ;-)

I used the ARCHANGEL extra head with the medium/long hair. I cut it away with an x-acto knife VERY CAREFULLY. The main connection is at the top middle of the head but its glued pretty well all around. I painted the hair with some light, medium, and dark browns to give it a messy brown mix look.

The AOA WILD CHILD body is easy for the orange-ish color and overall size with the articulation to get him into the toad crouch positions. Cut up some fabric Christmas trees I found at the dollar store to make his extra fabric parts. Like I said earlier, the main part comes from Retro Dr Doom for around the neck or collar area. That size and coverage is perfect. Added on some pointed MORBIUS shoes for the feet swap and painted to match dark greens. At the last minute I cut an extra bandana part off AOA Colossus and used it for the "wicked tongue." Overall came out better than I had hoped. Happy to have this guy added to my Brotherhood display.
