The Mad Hatter is almost a straight repaint of DCD’s Long Halloween MH. He is the original figure from the brim down. I used DCD’s Long Halloween Penguin’s top hat for the upper portion. This gave my Hatter a more generic look. The card on the hat was printed on an Avery label and stuck to the side

Very sharp repaint and a definite improvement over the original figure.
