Doug Ramsey, aka Cypher has been a long standing member of the X-Men family, going back to the New Mutant days. I can’t claim him as one of my top faves but I have certainly enjoyed his character a lot during the Krakoa era and the recent events of Inferno. Plus, since Hasbro has yet to give us a male New Mutant set like the did with Dani Moonstar/Karma/Wolfsbane, he moved high up on my customization list.
