Resculpted the chest plate on the base figure but pretty much left the original sculpt work as is. The head came from a Sleepy Hollow Headless Horseman (which is a creepy version of actor Christopher Walken, with jagged little teeth, and resculpted hair/beard). Thought about using the head from a Hellboy Rasputin, or even the Sirius Black would work, but not much else can out-creep the Walken head hee-hee. The mask version was sculpted from scratch and pegs were added to make the heads interchangeable. The bat-shaped sword came from a Redeemer Spawn, special edition, and thought that gold looked bloody great with the red body suit.
