The Night Viper was always one of my very favorite of the classic GI Joe figures.

Body- ML Nick Fury
Head- Weapon X Wolverine's helmet with a gas mask from a dollar store soldier and a scope made from a Gundam weapon.
Backpack- Random Gundam bits and pieces and an antenna from a Episode One Battle Droid model kit.
Gun- modified Gundam gun
