2nd custom I made with Human Torch. This time I decided to remove the flame hair and smooth it out with apoxie sculpt. Added apoxie sculpt wing ears, spray painted him red, then painted his boots yellow. He already had a circular chest symbol for his "4" so I left that and painted it white, then decoupaged lightning bolts for his chest, belt, and gloves. The whole thing is gloss-coated to give him a shiny look on purpose -- closer to how he looked around Flash 50, series 2.
