Specifically an enemy of Dr Fate, but I think also an enemy of the Justice Society as a whole. Once he joined the Monster Society of Evil. He has various powers, but one is to change size, so I should eventually have a second variation of this guy, as well.

Head was an old cast, with the glasses sculpted on, and the hair resculpted slightly. Arms were from Doc Ock, with the lower sleeves sculpted on, and hands from a BossFight male blank. Feet were from BossFight, but I can't remember what figure. Sculpted the bottom of the pants, collar, tie, full jacket, and the entire cape. Full repaint, and all done!
