Here is Volk, the volcano lantern! following one of his depictions, where he is shown as having a huge erupting round head! it was tough to decide which base figure, I finally went for a ToyBiz Hulk.

I sprayed him with textured granite spray, to give sensation of rock, and then painted on top.

hey another Volk! You really nailed the texture around his neck, nicely done! I took a totally different route.

Thanks . I've just checked it out, you did a good custom there . There are a few ways to do Volk, he is usually a sort of mountainous volcano, but then there's a few variations. One day I'll try to make one very gigantic for my own collection
