My brain keeps wanting to say this guy is a DC villain. Somehow related to Blue Beetle. But no. Marvel villain. A classic Invaders villain. Powers of flight, mystical energy bursts, and the ability to drain the power of others.

Head was from a BossFight male blank, with the head piece sculpted on. Sculpted on the belt, skirt section, bracers, arm bands, and the full collar. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
