I keep mixing up whether this guy is a DC character or Marvel one. My brain always wants to associate him as a villain of Flatman. But no. He's DC. One of those villains that came about after being rejected by the Legion of Superheroes.

Head was a cast I've had for a while, with the hair fully resculpted. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
