If you follow my customs here, I’m not a fan of the Playmates 6” line of Star Trek action figures, and especially the First Contact line. Size, lack of articulation are bummers. And the official Cochrane figure didn’t have his iconic shearling coat!

So to make the official Zefram Cochrane figure in the classic 4.5-5” size, I shrunk a 6” ZC head down using NOVOCS. Then I boiled and popped a SeaQuest DSV Regulator figure, sculpted a new shirt and neck scarf, repainted the coat and sculpted the shearling details on the lapels and sleeves. Added a hood in the back by grafting a Data as a Romulan hood onto the back and sculpting in shearling.

For the legs, I wanted some height, so I kept the Regulator hips, but swapped the lower legs from a Kazon figure. Turned out pretty well I think!
