Wanted to create my own line of Picard figures, starting with the good Captain himself. Broke apart a Captain Picard 1992 figure (the one with the red jacket), sanded out the TNG commbadge and the mock turtle neck. Sculpted in lapels, shoulder detailing, and a La Sirena commbadge, then repainted the entire body in his most frequently seen Picard Season 1 costume colors. For the head I wanted to show more aging, so I shrunk a 7" Diamond Select Nemesis Picard head down to 5" scale, then black washed and added liver spots the face to bring out the features.

The Picard 1992 arms were a bit too jacked for a man of 94, so I swapped them out with the skinnier arms from a TNG Admiral McCoy figure and repainted them. Added a backpack from the Playmates Worf Stealth figure, as Picard is seen with one on some of his Season 1 adventures.
