This is classic Fire Luigi (or his regular and super form) from the original Super Mario Bros. The head is Fire Luigi, and the rest is any standard Luigi. I boiled and popped everything off. First I masked off his arms and shirt. I sprayed the figure with Tamiya White Primer. This took a little more than a day, the lines on the overalls were a bit hard to get the paint in there. After I took the tape off, I just did some touchups where the paint overlapped. Lastly I boiled and popped everything back in place.
