The Prisoner of War ,aka Dominick Torrez, is a member of an early Aquaman-led team called The Others. Hoping to do the whole team. The base figure was a GI Joe Breaker figure with a head swap with one I had in the fodder bin that didn't need facial features. Did a little sanding and sculpting. Used the tip of latex glove for the head covering and real chain on the gauntlets. Finished with paints. Again, working on other members. Hope you like him. Thanks for looking.
