I was on the way to make more Suicide Squad members and Rick Flag is an important character though his look is not very appealing.I chosed to go with the first movie look except for the head and added a touch of yellow on the shirt as a nod to his classic look.
He's a General Hawk with Destro Arctic upper legs to make him taller and head from the fodder bin.
