I made this guy for Dr. Nightmare's Green Contest...which I won...and won a whole shiny nickle! It's OK, though, because it would cost Doc more to send me my prize than my prize is worth. XD

Recipe:
Entirely a 5-inch "The Batman" figure, not sure which one but his costume was black and light blue if it helps
Sculpted over the mouth with Apoxie Sculpt along with a rounded and smoothed blob on his chest for the GL symbol, a rounded and sanded down disc for his belt buckle, and a small blob for the power ring.
