Red Tornado wasn't actually on my list of characters I wanted to make, but I had the leftover Namor body after making my Superman custom, and that collar just screamed Red Tornado to me, and here we are. Also, a bit of elaboration with the swappable legs and tornado, I cut Namor in half, and drilled out spots to put Lego pieces so he could spin and swap. Anyway, let me know what y'all think.
