I've been dying to make one since I purchased the Mafex Hush Superman! For the body, head, and hands I used Marvel Legends Moira MacTaggert. The hair came from a Marvel Legends Claire Temple Night Nurse figure. Then came the image of a statue that sparked the fire that led to how this figure would look! After some trial and error I found the leather jacket I needed on eBay.

Paints used: Reaper Paints Linen White, Pure Black, and I finished it with Gloss Sealer.

The elbow and shoulder joints were a pain in to paint I will still have to retouch them thankfully there is a post here in the forums by Jin Saotome that helps give you tips on how to remedy this issue. Jin where ever you are you did good mate!
