My neverending quest for the perfect Batman figure continues. I used a Mattel DC Superheroes Batman as my base figure. I removed the head, cape, and belt. I colored the blue parts black and added a bit of shading to the torso.

I added the DC Collectibles/ Direct Essentials Knightfall Batman's head and neck part of its plastic cape (colored both black). I also added the DC Collectibles / Direct Arkham Asylum belt and a custom cape I made.

I think the Paul Harding-sculpted Jason Fabok Batman head looks great with this body (the Essentials body was too slim at the shoulders and chest and has balance issues). It turns it into a great Jim Lee / Jason Fabok / Arkham games-esque Batman, which are some of my favorite looks for The Dark Knight ever.

I'm so happy with this!
