Based him on his Mortal Kombat II look.
Used the Astral Dr Strange movie figure as the base.
The hat was from a loose 1/12 Raiden, which was a bit small, but the hat fit with some modding to the base & glued on the head, which was heavily resculpted.
The cloth under the belt was fodder from an MCU Icarus figure, modified to fit the waist.
The lightning effect was cut from the Raiden figure for the alternate left hand, while the right hand was scratch built onto the base of the original part.
Fully repainted with Citadel acrylic paints.
