Swapped the head and forearms out for Human Torch and the lower legs for a Lightning Series blue power ranger. Decal is from SNason Customs. Sculpted the belt with darice craft foam. Managed to get the flame colours to pop by using a yellow car primer and Kobra flourecent orange top coats.
