American Ranger is another solid Captain America analogue. He was stuck in a time tunnel, so he's been lost for decades just like Steve Rogers. But, more like Ultimate Cap, he's a man of the 40s. The way things were is the way he is. And he's blissfully unaware of his ignorance.

Head was from a BossFight male blank with the full mask sculpted on. Hands were from a BossFight Tarzan. Sculpted on the gloves, tops of the boots, waist section, star, full collar, and the spikes on the feet. Full repaint, and all done!
