I used the same Lasher figure and found some regular Spiderman Feet and a copy of the Scarlet Spider/Symbiote Spider head that I modded.
I also decided to add an extra pair of tendrils to make it more threatening looking.
The tendrils can still be taken out and I wanted to make longer and bendable ones.
