Based this look from his Capcom game look from Marvel Super Heroes to Marvel vs Capcom 2.

Bought a discounted Hulk & resculpted the head from an Outback Hulk figure I had for fodder from another custom.
Repainted the head & drybrushed the rest of the body to match the skin colour together.
