My third favorite Street Fighter character! And let's be honest. This top three rotated a lot over the years. I think the only reason he sits at number three is because he hasn't shown up a ton. So I get more excited when I see him on a roster. I made him once before, like most of this set. But also like most of this set, I knew I could do better. And as mentioned back in the Guile post, I had to finally get that obligatory duo shot of him and Charlie.

Head was a cast from RajinSpoon with the glasses and hair sculpted on. Upper legs were from Ryu. Feet were cut from the GI Joe Retaliation Roadblock. They're perfectly sized for the Marvel bodies. Sculpted the top of the shoes, bottom of the pants, belt, watch, dog tags, and the full jacket. Full repaint, and all done!
