Rick Tyler is the son of the first Hourman, Rex Tyler. We're introduced to him shortly before Crisis on Infinite Earths in Infinity Inc comics, and he is chafing under his father's expectations that he go to med school and study a lot. Rick is kind of a slacker. But he finds purpose being a superhero and saving people when he takes his father's Miraclo pills to become Hourman.

I gave Rick his first infinity inc outfit, even tho it's kind of ugly, because I think it's very "him", where the second outfit he has is a bit more a clear tribute to his dad.

I used the Nightwing action figure and just did minimal apoxie: the gloves and the boots. After that it was all painting. He was an easy figure to do.
