Adding to my collection of Marvel vs Capcom figures is Jin Saotome.
The Base was the recent Marvel Legends Longshot.
The collar was cut up & sculpted with another collar piece from another figure & glued together with some modding.
The shoulder spikes came from the Skullbuster figure.

I glued the boots to the legs & ground them out which gave the lower legs some subtle flairs, which I would later add some sculpt to further widen the bottoms just before the ankle articulation.
The feet came from an AEW Jake Hager figure, which had some modification to the pegs so it could fit the figure.
The knee pads were just some spare remaining fodder from the Skullbuster shoulderpads.

The head was the original ToyBiz Longshot, with some sculpt, spare fodder for the bandanna & the scarf came from combining some spare fodder with an AEW Chris Jericho scarf.

A lot of work was put into completely changing the figure, it definitely was an interesting base, that ended up benefiting the end result IMO.

There was a lot of prep work to remove the paint rub & resculpting to make it accurate to the source material.
